Ruskin Rd. 2 – Amherst
This residential property, located on Ruskin Rd. in Amherst, had its back porch replaced and enlarged to provide more space for patio furniture and entertaining family and friends.

The existing back porch of this property was excavated and replaced with approximately 60 sq. ft. x 30 sq. ft. of beautiful silver-gray Banas flagstone. On the porch, a new footer and wall needed to be built from “Brandon” Techo-Bloc. A walkway was also built on the property, comprised of silver-gray Banas flagstone.
In addition to thoroughly landscaping both the front and back yards of the property, this project required installing a drainage system to capture rainwater on the porch; this system was tied to the home’s existing bubbler system.
